Another scrapbook page

got the bug again tonight but I was only able to get this layout out. It's simple, and that's ok. I tried another one but it didn't turn out so it'll have to wait.

Sick Day

JT had Lasik on Monday. It was a bit tougher than we expected. Doc said that b/c his eyes were so deep, it was more difficult than normal. He was so swollen and still couldn't see as of this morning...at least not well enough to drive himself back to the doc for his post op check. Now though, he's doing great, just a little foggy. They didn't give him enough valium so he felt the whole thing - that didn't make me happy. Well, that and the fact that I dropped him off at 2:30 and they didn't take him back until 5:30. We got home at about 7pm. I did get to check out the Egyptian showing at the Cummer museum. It was really good! Anyway, I took the day off to make sure he was ok and get him to the docs office. I had a little time this afternoon and hit a creative stride so here are the new layouts I did today :)

Happy Valentine's Day!

I had to pack all of this away...

because they are too BIG for me :) So cool to be taking all these pants out of my closet because they're too big and upacking old clothes that fit once again. I don't know if I'll be tossing the too big items out quite yet b/c they might work for maternity clothes if I get pregnant.

I also used made first clothing item on my sewing machine yesterday. I had tons of help from my friend but I'm hoping to try the next pair with less supervision.

Devastation in Florida

Less than 150 miles from our house. We were under a tornado watch all night last night, which made me anxious. I just can't believe how much damage there is. And to lose 19 lives is just unimaginable. It seems like it just fell out of the sky with no warning. Prayers for those touched by this storm.
